Issue resolved : filament feed hole alignment of Accessible wade's extruder with Arcol Hot end.

Went IRC channel and got some help and they suggested to get this part... http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10532
to resolve the alignment between Arcol Hot end and wades' extruder.

Ordered the above from ebay for about $10.50 and here is the image of the part...
